Staging & Configuration
Seamless hardware and software
installation is critical to the immediate readiness and success of your
network. To minimize your installation time, we offer customised staging
and configuration of your new equipment. Prior to shipment, certified
network engineers stage your equipment at our acceptance testing facility.
Our engineers verify configuration parameters and connectivity as they
apply specifically to your network. Ultimately, your pre-configured and
acceptance tested equipment significantly reduces the time and cost of
onsite configuration and installation.
Deliverables may include but are not limited to:
- Global architecture analysis and customer data/specifications consolidation
- Gathering of all ordered equipment for the complete solution and connection of system components
- Configuration of all the voice and/or
data equipment, and powering on with actual customer parameters (IP
address plan, numbering plan, script, specific customisation and development,
etc.) on the integration platform
- Verification of hardware and software revision levels, and advanced diagnostics of hardware operation
- Execution of standard interoperability tests to ensure compatibility between all the components of the customer solution. As an option, specific tests can be performed as requested by the customer
- Disassembling the equipment prior to shipment
