SOHO provides full-service, onsite support installation services, enabling your staff to concentrate on your core business. Our certified network engineers assemble, configure, connect and perform acceptance tests on your network equipment to ensure a timely and fully functional network deployment.

 Onsite Support Installation Services include:

• Technical site readiness validation of premises prior to installation
• Unpacking and inventory of all network equipment and documentation
• Rack-mounting of all components
• Installation of network interface modules
• Connection of external hardware necessary for functionality (i.e. modem, DSU/CSU, transceivers, etc.)  
• Connection of new equipment to the existing network
• Powering on of all equipment
• Configuration of IP addresses
• Demonstration of connectivity

Onsite Support Engineer

Our dedicated onsite engineer service provides the added expertise and security of a certified onsite engineer who helps to maintain your network equipment. The engineer keeps a vigilant watch on your network, provides technical consultation, assists in problem isolation and troubleshooting, and mentors your technical staff. In addition, the resident engineer serves as a lead and point of contact for any issues

Deliverables may include but are not limited to:

• MACs (Moves, Adds, Changes)
• Compatibility testing
• Preventative maintenance of hardware and software
• Problem escalation and tracking within Support Organizations
• Periodic activity reports
